About Resource Directory

Community Resource Directory

The Community Resource Directory was created to assist children and adults with ASD as well as their families, schools and professionals in navigating the often complex system of service delivery for individuals with ASD. The directory is part of the School Support Program’s resource development initiative.

Every effort has been made to represent each agency and service as accurately as possible, however, programs and services do change frequently. Visitors are encouraged to call agencies to find out specific details of service availability. To report incorrect information please send an email to directory@surreyplace.on.ca. If you are a local agency and would like to submit a new listing please create a new account to begin.
